Our team is proud of the seamless execution of this restaurant, which constitutes a pivotal element of the Portside re-development project. The site encompasses an expansive tenancy, bringing two distinct offerings - 'FOSH' an exquisite seafood restaurant, and 'FOSH Tails' a premium fish and chip takeaway. ⁠

Kyson Commercial executed a comprehensive and meticulous internal demolition and rebuild, showcasing our dedication to delivering unparalleled quality and precision. ⁠

This project encompassed a comprehensive electrical upgrade throughout the space, along with expanding the site’s footprint by adding FOSH Tails and a new external dining structure. Kyson successfully executed a full internal defit and a reconstruction of the previously run down tenancy.⁠

Operating within an apartment-occupied space demanded strategic planning, and working over the river presented challenges in managing underslab plumbing and service reticulation - challenges Kyson successfully overcame. ⁠
